An adjudication authority had recently confirmed provisional attachment of properties of NCP leader and former minister Nawab Malik and his kin. It includes premises of Goawala Compound and three flats at Kurla west, two flats at Bandra west and 147 acres of agricultural land in Osmanabad district. ED officials are in discussion with their legal team about taking possession of the properties.
